Privacy Policy

Playa Cruiser keeps things simple. We only collect what we need to get you cruising, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Booking details you give us — your name, contact info (phone, WhatsApp, or email), rental dates, and the hotel or Airbnb where you’d like the cruiser delivered.
• Messages you send us by WhatsApp, form, or email.
• Basic site data — like the pages you visit — collected through standard website analytics to help us improve the site. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies when you visit.

How we use it

• To arrange and deliver your rental and stay in touch about your booking.
• To answer your questions and provide support during your rental.
• To understand what’s useful on our site and make it better.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising. We only share what’s necessary with the trusted services that help us operate — for example, a payment processor to handle a transaction, or our website and analytics tools. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records only as long as needed to run the business and meet basic legal and accounting requirements, then remove them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just message us on WhatsApp or use the contact details on the site and we’ll take care of it.
