Is this like a golf cart or a scooter rental in Playa del Carmen?
Think of it as the best of both. It's roomier and shadier than a scooter, easier to park and way more fun than a golf cart or a rental car. A little 3-seat electric cruiser, delivered right to you.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Playa del Carmen and Playacar, straight to your hotel or Airbnb, plus most of the Centro area. Staying further out? Just ask when you pick your dates.
Do I need a special license?
We'll confirm all the details with you before your ride. Our job is to make it easy and above-board so you can just enjoy Playa. Pick your dates and we'll walk you through everything.
How many people fit?
Three comfortably, with a roof for shade and a spot for your beach bag and groceries. Perfect for couples, small families and friend trios.
How much does it cost?
$65 USD a day with delivery included, dropping to $49 a day on weekly rentals. Right in line with a rental car once you add parking and gas, and a lot comfier than a scooter.
Do I need a driver's license to rent?
Yes, drivers must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license (your home-country license is fine).
Where can I actually drive it?
It's a low-speed electric ride, so it's made for town: the Av. 10 bike lane, the numbered beach streets (Calles 4–12), and all of Playacar. 5th Avenue is pedestrian, so you park nearby and stroll. It's not for Highway 307. See the map and full terms.
How many people can ride?
Three, including the driver, with a combined weight up to about 250 kg / 550 lb.
How does charging work?
It plugs into a normal wall outlet and comes to you fully charged. The range is good, so most guests cruise all day without a thought, if you're running low and can't plug in, just text us and we'll top it up.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a refundable $100 USD deposit at delivery, returned after we pick the cruiser back up. Prices include tax, and we take USD, pesos, or card.
What if something goes wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp and we'll come to you anywhere in our delivery area. We're around daily, roughly 8am–8pm.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your rental starts. Inside 48 hours we keep 50%, and no-shows are non-refundable.
