Who can drive
Drivers must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license (your home-country license is fine).
The cruiser seats 3, including the driver, with a combined weight up to about 250 kg / 550 lb.
Please buckle up little ones as you would in any vehicle, and keep hands and feet inside while moving.
Where you can cruise
The cruiser is a low-speed electric vehicle (about 40 km/h), so it’s built for getting around town — not the highway. Here’s the simple version:

The bike lane along Avenida 10 runs the length of town from the Colosio area down to Playacar, and the numbered beach streets (Calles 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and on) take you right toward the water. We’ll walk you through the best routes when we drop it off.
Pricing & how a day works
A rental “day” is 24 hours from the time we deliver your cruiser.
Daily rates, with a lower rate the longer you keep it: $65/day (1–2 days), $58/day (3+ days), $49/day (weekly). Delivery and pickup are included.
Taxes are included in the prices shown — no surprise add-ons.
We accept USD, Mexican pesos, and card.
Deposit & damage
A refundable $100 USD deposit is collected when we deliver, and returned after we pick the cruiser up and give it a quick once-over.
During your rental you’re responsible for the cruiser and any damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear.
Treat it like your own and you’ll get your full deposit back — easy.
Charging & range
The cruiser plugs into a normal wall outlet and takes about 6–8 hours for a full charge.
We deliver it fully charged, and the range is good — most guests get a full day of cruising without thinking about it.
Running low and can’t plug in where you’re staying? Just text us and we’ll top it up or swap it — no daily babysitting required.
If something comes up
Flat feeling, won’t start, or you’re just not sure? Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll come to you anywhere in our delivery area. We’re around daily, roughly 8am–8pm.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your rental starts.
Inside 48 hours, we keep 50% of the rental.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Delivery & pickup
We bring the cruiser to your hotel or Airbnb anywhere in Playa del Carmen and Playacar, give you a quick orientation, and pick it up when you’re done. You’ll have our number the whole time.
